Abstract (en)
The attachment has a housing for supporting an attachment objective lens receiving radiation from a source and passing the radiation along an attachment optical axis (A1). The attachment optical axis is parallel to a telescope optical axis (A2) to a low-light-level amplifier (2) for amplifying the radiation passed by the attachment objective lens. An optical assembly (3) receives amplified radiation from the amplifier and passes the amplified radiation to an attachment eyepiece (4) supported by the housing along another optical axis.

Ein auf einer Schusswaffe montierbarer Nachtsichtvorsatz (NSV) für ein Zielfernrohr (ZF) mit einem Nachtsichtvorsatz-Objektiv (1), einem Restlichtverstärker (2), einer optischen Baugruppe (3) und einem Nachtsichtvorsatz-Okular (4) ist derart ausgebildet, dass mittels der optischen Baugruppe ein Strahlversatz zwischen durch das Nachtsichtvorsatz-Objektiv (1) eintretender und durch das Nachtsichtvorsatz-Okular (4) austretender Strahlung erreicht wird. Der Versatz erfolgt von der optischen Achse (A1) des Nachtsichtvorsatz-Objektivs (1) auf die optische Achse (A2) des Nachtsichtvorsatz-Okulars (4), wobei letztere im Wesentlichen der optischen Achse (A2) des dem Vorsatz nachgeschalteten Zielfernrohrs (ZF) entspricht. Damit können Nachtsichtvorsatz (NSV) und Zielfernrohr (ZF) möglichst nahe am Gehäuse der Schusswaffe montiert werden.
