Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1845642A2] The method involves dividing symbol duration of a radio signal into a range and a user data range, and carrying-out decoding of data transmitted in the symbol duration based on signals obtained by an evaluation window (2), where the range is a guard-interval. The window is extended into the range of the symbol duration. The window is shifted in the symbol duration such that interference in the user data range does not lie in the window. An independent claim is also included for a device for execution of a method of decoding a radio signal.
