[origin: WO2006081992A1] The aim of the invention is to simplify feeding of film in a coating station in order to transfer imaging layers from a transfer film (5) to a stock while allowing the film to be guided through shuttles and a printing gap (6). Said aim is achieved by introducing a film guiding device (20) into the coating station. The film can be fed manually or by means of a conveying device. Preferably, the film is guided past a squeeze roll (3) approximately in a tangential direction.
