The exhaust duct (200) includes a forward section (202) that is configured to be axially coupled with a bulkhead collar (224) on the aircraft, a body section (204) that is coupled to the forward section (202) and a stinger cap (206) that includes the replaceable acoustic liner (208). The replaceable acoustic liner (208) is configured to be slideably received by the body section (204).
