[origin: FR2881417A1] The synthetic gas (1) is produced from hydrocarbons (2) having raw synthetic gas (3) comprises hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, and exhaust gas (4) having carbon dioxide. The device eliminates carbon dioxide (5) of the raw synthetic gas, which produces a gas initially having carbon dioxide. The industrial site further comprises the unit for producing exhaust gas of heat and/or electricity. The unit comprises a gas turbine device, boiler for vapor production and/or a steam turbine device for heat and/or electricity (6). The device eliminates carbon monoxide comprises a drying device (13) and a cold box (7). The unit further comprises: a purification device having hydrogen, which implements an adsorption process modulated by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and produces a residual gas having a mixture of hydrogen, carbon monoxide and methane; and does not having an adjustment device. The exhaust gas in the reactor is mixed with the gas in the unit before it is introduced into the device and exhaust gas of combustion is compressed before recycling. The ratio of hydrogen and carbon monoxide of the raw synthetic gas is controlled by the recycling rate of carbon dioxide.
