[origin: WO2006120058A1] The invention relates to a refrigerator having an outer housing, having an inner housing (16, 18) which is at a distance from the outer housing and is surrounded by the latter, with the hollow space produced between the outer housing and the inner housing (16, 18) being filled with foam for insulation purposes, also having an inner chamber (12, 14) which is surrounded by the inner housing (16, 18) and is cooled by the circulation of cooling air which is supplied to the inner chamber (12, 14) by means of a cooling-air duct (32) which serves to distribute cooling air and is arranged between the outer housing and the inner housing (16, 18). In order to produce the refrigerator (10) in a manner which is simpler and more cost-effective in method terms, the invention proposes forming the cooling-air duct (32) from a shaped part (34) which comprises insulating material and a closed rear-wall element (44) and rests on an outer face of the inner housing (16, 18).
