[origin: WO2006084397A1] The invention relates to a high temperature cable (14) comprising a plurality of electric conductors (18) which extend in a common envelop (20) and are remote from each other and from said envelop (20) by means of a plurality of insulating bodies (15) which are successively disposed in the longitudinal direction of the cable and support each other, wherein said conductors are guided in through openings embodied in the individual insulating bodies (15). The aim of said invention is to simplify the production of the high temperature cable and to improve the properties thereof. For this purpose, the separate insulating bodies (15) are associated with at least two conductors and form therewith at least two separate electrically insulated threads (17a,..,d) which are twisted and stranded.
