Abstract (en)
The blank has an integration tab (5) for forming a body of a box, and lateral tabs (6a, 6b) adjacent to lateral panels (3a, 3b). An opening/closing panel (8) is adjacent to a front panel (1) or a rear panel (2). A contact panel (10) is adjacent to the opening/closing panel, and an over-thickness panel (12) is adjacent to the contact panel. The panel (12) has a cut (16) parallel to a folding line (13), and a fixation zone (14) is delimited by the line and the cut. A disengagement tab (18) is supported on the panel (12) and comes against the panel (8) in a closed position of the panel (8). An independent claim is also included for a method for opening a box.

L'invention concerne un flan comprenant : - des panneaux avant (1), arrière (2) et latéraux (3a, 3b) et une patte de solidarisation (5) ; - des pattes latérales (6a, 6b) ; - un panneau d'ouverture/fermeture (8), un panneau de contact (10) et un panneau en sur-épaisseur (12) comprenant une zone de fixation (14) destinée à être fixée rigidement au panneau de contact (10) et une zone d'engagement (15) destinée à être située sous une patte latérale (6a, 6b), le panneau en sur-épaisseur (12) étant pourvu de moyens (16) de déformation élastique réalisés généralement parallèlement à la cinquième ligne de pliage (13), la zone de fixation (14) étant délimitée par la cinquième ligne de pliage (13) et les moyens (16) de déformation élastique, une patte de désengagement (18) étant articulée au panneau en sur-épaisseur (12) pour pouvoir venir sensiblement contre le panneau d'ouverture/fermeture (8) en position fermée de celui-ci. L'invention concerne également un étui réalisé par pliage et collage d'un tel flan et un procédé d'ouverture d'un tel étui.
