The switch has a manual actuating device that is arranged in a prismatic housing part (110) and an actuating shaft (44) that is arranged perpendicular to an actuation front (102). Additional modules (10, 20) are inserted into and/or pulled out from an insertion slot (120) using a locking device (48), where the movement of the additional modules is locked by the device. The locking device is formed at the actuation shaft and is activated through rotation of the actuation shaft.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen handbetätigten Schutzschalter für Motorschutz und/oder Leitungsschutz. Solche Schutzschalter sind modular erweiterbar durch das Anstecken von austauschbaren Zusatzmodulen (10, 20). Es soll eine Vorrichtung vorgesehen werden, mit der der modulare Zusammenbau des Schutzschalters nur möglich ist, wenn sich der Schutzschalter in der AUS-Stellung befindet. Hierfür ist vorgesehen, dass das Einführen eines Zusatzmoduls (10, 20) in und/oder das Herausziehen eines Zusatzmoduls (10, 20) aus einem Einführschacht (120) mit einer Sperrvorrichtung (48) sperrbar ist, welche an der Betätigungswelle (44) ausgebildet und durch Drehung der Betätigungswelle (44) aktivierbar ist.
