[origin: WO2006086940A1] The invention relates to a trolley (1) that can be displaced by hand. Said trolley comprises a pushing mechanism (3), at least one deposit area (4) for goods (5) and a seat unit (6), the latter (6) comprising a seat (7), lateral walls (9) and a backrest (10). The invention is characterised in that the seat (7) can be pivoted about a horizontal axis (8) and that the seat unit (6) can be used as a basket (18) once the seat (7) has been pivoted outwards.
