[origin: WO2006087031A1] The inventive heat exchanger is used for cooling an electronic component (76) coolant. Said heat exchanger is provided with an input opening (64) for introducing a warm coolant and an output opening (68) for discharging a coolant chilled in the heat exchanger which is connected to a compensation reservoir and forms therewith a structural unit. The compensation reservoir is used for compensating the coolant volume variations. Said compensation reservoir (30) is closed with a flexible membrane (54) for following the coolant volume variations and is embodied in the form of the coolant circuit component. A part of the compensation reservoir is constructed in the form of the input opening (64) component and the other part thereof is constructed in the form of the output opening (68) component, wherein said two parts are liquid-connected to each other through the double flow heat exchanger (20) channels.
