[origin: WO2006082016A1] The invention concerns an electrical connecting device comprising: a connector (10) including electrical contacts (39), a connector counterpart (12) including complementary electrical contacts, designed to be coupled to the connector (10) along a coupling axis (X-X), a sealing ring type joint (68). The connector counterpart (12) comprises a support (40, 44) for said electrical contacts (62, 64) whereon the sealing joint (68) is fitted and a housing (42) for receiving at least one part of the support (40, 44), and the housing (42) and the connector (10) comprise each a peripheral support surface (92A, 92B) on first and second pads adjacent to said sealing joint (68). The invention also concerns a connector counterpart (12).
