A cushion adjusting unit (18) that is inserted for closing a gap (16) is undetachably arranged below a cushion support (9) in an area of a resting frame stand (8). The adjusting unit is fastened at the stand in a manner such that the adjusting unit is movable or swivelable in an area of the gap after lifting of the support (9).
