Abstract (en)
The press for producing true-to-size compacted objects from powder material has a single measuring rule (47) which at its thermal fixing point is attached on the dieplate, on a support which is decoupled in the vertical direction from the press frame, or on a vertical guide, wherein measuring slides (48,50,52,54) which interact with mounting plates (34-40) are guided on the measuring rule. The vertical guide for at least two mounting plates is decoupled from the press frame with regard to length variations of the press frame or of the vertical guide which act in the vertical direction.

Presse zur Herstellung maßhaltiger Preßlinge aus Pulvermaterial, mit einem Pressengestell, einer Matrizenhalteplatte (36), mindestens einer Oberstempelhalteplatte (34), mindestens einer Unterstempelhalteplatte (38,40), Verstellantrieben für Oberstempel- und Unterstempelhalteplatte und/oder Matrizenhalteplatte, einer Vertikalführung (12) in dem Pressengestell für mindestens die Ober- und Unterstempelhalteplatte und einer Meßvorrichtung zur Messung der Position der Oberstempelhalteplatte, der Unterstempelhalteplatte und/oder der Matrizenhalteplatte. Ein einziges Meßlineal (47) ist an einer von dem Pressengestell vertikal entkoppelten Halterung in seinem thermischen Fixpunkt angebracht, an dem mit den Halteplatten zusammenwirkende Meßschlitten (48,50,52) geführt sind.
