[origin: EP1849934A1] This pool cleaner comprising a self-propelled cleaner (1) intended to be immerged in the pool and to be moved over surfaces of the pool to be cleaned and electric power supply means for powering the cleaner, said self-propelled cleaner having propelling means (3) for propelling the cleaner, cleaning means (4) and motor means (5) to drive the propelling means and clean means. The motor means comprise one direct-current motor only, said power supply means comprising a direct-current supply source.
