[origin: WO2006090014A1] The invention relates to an arrangement in the press section of a web-forming machine. The press section includes at least one nip (13) and at least one impenetrable belt (16) arranged to travel through the nip (13). The arrangement includes reconditioning means (17) for the belt (16). The conditioning means (17) include a trailing doctor (20, 20'). The doctor blade (21) belonging to which is supported in such a way that its point of contact (41) with the belt (16) comes after the projection point (42) of the support point (22) of the doctor blade (21), in the direction of travel of the belt (16). The invention also relates to a doctor blade.
