Abstract (en)

A flexographic print machine (1) has a counter-pressure cylinder (2) surrounded by several pairs of format cylinders (3) and color cylinders (4). The format cylinder contacts both the counter-pressure cylinder and the color cylinder. A fixed-position spindle (8) mechanism (5) adjusts the format- and color cylinder axle (A3, A4) positions with respect to the counter-pressure cylinder axle (A2). The spindle thread has a nut (20) coupled to two independently operating riders (10, 11) that move the format cylinder and color cylinder. The spindle nut (20) has a rotor (18) coupled to a direct-drive motor (16).

Abstract (de)

Eine Flexodruckmaschine (1) weist einen Gegendruckzylinder (2) sowie mehrere um diesen angeordnete Paare aus jeweils einem Formatzylinder (3) und einem Farbzylinder (4) auf, wobei der Formatzylinder (3) zur Kontaktierung einerseits des Gegendruckzylinders (2) und andererseits des Farbzylinders (4) vorgesehen ist, und wobei die Positionen der Achsen (A3, A4) von Formatzylinder (3) und Farbzylinder (4) relativ zur Achse (A2) des Gegendruckzylinders (2) mittels einer Verfahreinrichtung (5) veränderbar sind. Die Verfahreinrichtung (5) eine relativ zur Achse (A2) des Gegendruckzylinders (2) ortsfeste Spindel (8), auf welcher mittels jeweils einer antreibbaren Spindelmutter (20) zwei unabhängig voneinander verfahrbare Schlitten (10, 11) geführt sind, welche zur Lagerung des Farbzylinders (4) bzw. des Formatzylinders (3) vorgesehen sind, wobei ein Rotor (18) eines dem Direktantrieb der Spindelmutter (20) dienenden Motors (16) starr mit der Spindelmutter (20) verbunden ist.
