Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2882255A1] Preparation (M1) of spheroids (I) comprises mixing an active ingredient (Ia) of vegetable origin in an isolated form, a solution (II) of vegetable origin containing (Ia) or its precursor, and an absorbing substance (Ib) and adsorbent substance (Ic) with plastic properties compatible with the process; wetting the mixture by a moisturizing liquid; extruding the wet mixture; and forming (I) by spheronization of the extruded product. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) spheroids (I) prepared by (M1); and (2) a medicament composition comprising (Ia) in a galenic form of (I). ACTIVITY : Anabolic.
