The pump has rotary pistons for delivering fluid medium, and a surface layer fastened as a piston head (10) in the pistons, where the piston head is made of polymer e.g. elastomer. The piston head is mounted in a base of the pistons in a removable manner. A screw nut (15) is locked in the piston head and cooperates with a mounting bolt (14). A head (13) of the mounting bolt is arranged in a radial recess (12) of the base of the pistons and contacts with the screw nut, where the radial recess is open at a rotary piston shaft.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Drehkolbenpumpe mit einem oder mehreren rotierenden Kolben zur Förderung von im Wesentlichen flüssigen Medien. Eine Oberflächenlage ist zumindest bereichsweise am Kolben als Kolbenspitze (10) aus einem Polymer, insbesondere einem Elastomer, befestigt. Die Kolbenspitze (10) ist abnehmbar am Grundkörper des Drehkolbens angebracht.
