Abstract (en)
The device (1) has a loading compartment (2) and an unloading compartment (3), and blades (4) arranged parallel to each other between the compartments. A push button (5) is arranged to be displaced in the compartment (2). Pallets are connected to a displacement unit (9) to displace each pallet in the compartment (3) parallel to its base and transversal to displacement direction of the button between two positions. Each pallet is contiguous to a lateral edge of the base and enters in contact with the bread during its cutting in the respective positions.

Dispositif (1) de découpe automatisée d'un pain en tranches, comprenant un compartiment (2) de chargement dans le dispositif d'un pain à découper et un compartiment (3) de déchargement du dispositif du pain découpé un ensemble de lames (4) de découpe du pain et un poussoir (5). Le dispositif comprend au moins une première palette (6a, 6b) connectée à un premier moyen (9) agencée pour déplacer chaque palette dans le compartiment de déchargement, sensiblement parallèlement à sa base et transversalement au sens de déplacement du poussoir (5), entre une première position (b1) dans laquelle chaque palette est contiguë à un bord latéral de ladite base et une seconde position (b2) dans laquelle chaque palette entre en contact avec le pain au cours de sa découpe. Le dispositif permet aux tranches de pain découpé de ne s'écarter les unes des autres après découpe en aucune circonstance.
