[origin: TW200535049A] The rudder for ships comprises a rudder blade (100) and a propeller associated to the rudder, placed on a drivable propeller axle, whereby that the rudder blade (100) has two superimposed rudder blade portions (10, 20), the front nose strips (11, 21) of which, turned to the propeller, are offset the one to the other in such a way that the one nose strip (11) is turned aport (BB) or to starboard (SB) and the other nose strip (21) is offset to starboard (SB) or aport (BB), whereby both side wall faces of the rudder blade (100) converge into one end strip (30) turned away from the propeller (220).
