[origin: EP1857391A2] The device has lock-out units that are axially spaced to each other. A retention slot is mounted transverse to a sheet transport direction (15) and with a pressurizing medium supply. A brake ring (7) connected with a drive shaft (6) is mounted with openings that are provided on an outer periphery. The openings are connected with a radial running suction borehole (7.2). A connection unit is integrated in the retention hole and covers the pressurizing medium supply. A surface of the lock-out units runs in the direction of a delivery pile.
