Abstract (en)
The blade has a hollow blade sheet (23) and a platform (24), where the platform has a recess (27) for adjusting stiffness of the platform to the stiffness of the blade sheet. Width of the recess lies between 0.5 and 1.5 millimeter. The recess is formed as a groove and is filled with a filling material e.g. soldering metal. The recess is formed on a pressure side (25) and a suction side (26) of the blade and is extended along a half section of the blade sheet. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a blade of a turbo-engine.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaufel (22) einer Strömungsmaschine, insbesondere eine Gasturbinenschaufel, bei der eine Vertiefung (27) in der Schaufelplattform (24) die Steifigkeit der Plattform (24) an die Steifigkeit des Schaufelblattes (23) anpasst und die Belastbarkeit der Schaufel (22) erhöht. Hierdurch wird eine höhere, servicefreie Betriebszeit für die Schaufel (22) erreicht. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren, zur Anpassung der Steifigkeit von Schaufelblatt (23) und Plattform (24) der Schaufel (22) einer Strömungsmaschine.
