Abstract (en)

The method involves extracting drying air by an opening or a set of openings arranged on the circumference of a base of vertical walls (1) of cells of a drying installation. The drying air is increased vertically in the vertical walls, and the drying air is collected in an upper duct (3), which is in an upper part of the vertical walls. Each cell is closed by a movable door for introducing green products to be dried.

L'air de séchage est extrait par une ouverture continue, ou une pluralité d'ouvertures (2a) disposées sur tout le pourtour de la base des parois verticales (1) de l'enceinte de séchage, remonte verticalement dans lesdites parois verticales (1) et est recueilli dans un carneau (3) en partie haute desdites parois verticales (1).
