[origin: EP1857890A2] The device has a cam plate (9) with a pallet connected to a control wheel (2), and a pivoting lever (13) with a sensor (15) cooperating with a peripheral surface of the plate. A barrel (23) has a cylinder (22) carrying a snail cam (24). A finger (17), a ratchet (33) and pull-off springs (21, 35) constitute a blocker, which is activated when the sensor falls from the pallet for releasing the cylinder such that the barrel is withdrawn at a preset angle. A lever (26) has a sensor (25) cooperating with the cam, where a free end of the lever (26) activates a push button (29) of an equalizer (30).
