Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006092335A1] The invention relates to a paper sack comprising an overlapping film for fine-grained bulk material such as cement, plaster, granulate, animal feed or similar. Said sack comprises a base (2), for example a cross-bottom base and an upper section (3), which lies opposite the base (2) and is equipped with a valve hose (13) for filling the paper sack (1). The paper sack (1) is configured from an inner layer of paper and an outer layer of paper or paper composite, between which a barrier layer comprising two essentially parallel edges (8, 10) running from the base (2) to the upper section (3) is sandwiched. The sack is characterised in that the barrier layer or layers is or are fixed to the inner layer or the outer layer along one edge (8) by means of an adhesive line (7) and that the other free edge (10) overlaps said fixed edge (8).
