Abstract (en)
The method involves using citronic acid for pre coating of non absorbent carriers (3). The citornic acid is applied on the carrier in powder form or fluid form. The citronic acid limits the ink in a temporal and localized manner, and polymerizes the ink used in a printer in a thermally inductive manner. The citronic acid is provided directly in the printer (1) or a station, connected indirectly to the printing machine, before printing.
