The power supply for a gripper head (1) of a gripper-weaving machine, which is connected with a gripper pole or a band movable in longitudinal direction, comprises an inductive coupling device with primary and secondary induction coils (8, 9) coupled with one another. The secondary induction coil is formed at the gripper pole or at the band (2) and/or at a oblong fixing part of the gripper head, extends itself over a length of 5, 15 or 50 cm, has flow loops and is connected over a converter with an energy storage. The coupling device has magnetizable core (7) and/or -yoke. The power supply for a gripper head (1) of a gripper-weaving machine, which is connected with a gripper pole or a band movable in longitudinal direction, comprises an inductive coupling device with primary and secondary induction coils (8, 9) coupled with one another. The secondary induction coil is formed at the gripper pole or at the band (2) and/or at a oblong fixing part of the gripper head, extends itself over a length of 5, 15 or 50 cm, has flow loops and is connected over a converter with an energy storage. The coupling device has magnetizable core (7) and/or -yoke. The primary induction coil is arranged stationary on a magnetizable core, which has an air gap, in which the secondary induction coil is importable. Independent claims are included for: (1) procedure for the power supply of gripper head in a gripper weaving machine; and (2) a gripper weaving machine.

Es wird eine Stromversorgung für einen Greiferkopf (1) einer Greiferwebmaschine vorgestellt, der mit einer in Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Greiferstange oder einem in Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Band (2) verbunden ist. Die Stromversorgung umfasst eine induktive Kopplungseinrichtung mit mindestens einer primären Induktionsspule (8) und mit mindestens einer sekundären Induktionsspule (9), die mit der primären Induktionsspule induktiv gekoppelt werden kann, wobei die sekundäre Induktionsspule (9) an der Greiferstange beziehungsweise am Band (2) ausgebildet ist.
