The component has reinforcement units (12, 14, 16) attached at two components, preferably ceiling or wall and balcony of a building, where the reinforcement units cross an insulating body (7). The body has a lower foot part (8) extending over entire length of one of the components, and a reinforcement part (9) arranged vertically over the foot part. The reinforcement part has a horizontal length smaller than the foot part, and the insulating body has adjusting parts (10, 11), which are positioned vertically over the foot part and horizontally adjacent to the reinforcement part.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauelement zur Wärmedämmung zwischen einer Gebäudedecke und einem Balkon (B), das zumindest aus einem Isolierkörper (7) und aus den Isolierkörper (7) durchquerenden und an jeweils beide Bauteile angeschlossenen Bewehrungselementen (12,13,14,16) besteht. Der Isolierkörper (7) ist hierbei aus zumindest drei separaten (8,9,10,11) Teilen zusammengesetzt, nämlich aus einem unteren, sich über die gesamte Länge des Bauelements erstreckenden Fußteil (8), einem vertikal über dem Fußteil (8) angeordneten und die Bewehrungselemente aufweisenden Bewehrungsteil (9) sowie aus einem horizontal neben dem Bewehrungsteil (9) und vertikal über dem Fußteil (8) positionierbaren Ausgleichsteil (10,11).
