[origin: EP1860246A2] The component has reinforcement units (12, 14, 16) attached at two components, preferably ceiling or wall and balcony of a building, where the reinforcement units cross an insulating body (7). The body has a lower foot part (8) extending over entire length of one of the components, and a reinforcement part (9) arranged vertically over the foot part. The reinforcement part has a horizontal length smaller than the foot part, and the insulating body has adjusting parts (10, 11), which are positioned vertically over the foot part and horizontally adjacent to the reinforcement part.
