A control device has a housing (12) with a piston (19) movably driven in a closed interior space (18) and to which is coupled a piston rod (27) movably driven out of the housing (12). At least one device (60) seals both cylinder chambers (33,34) and blocks the piston (19) so that inadvertent piston movement is prevented during drop-out of the supply voltage, and that at least one device (70) is provided for re-ventilation of both cylinder-chambers (33,34) during drop-out the pressure supply.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung (10) zur Steuerung eines pneumatischen, insbesondere doppeltwirkenden, Zylinders (11), mit einem Gehäuse (12), in dessen verschlossenem Innenraum (18) ein Kolben (19) verschieblich geführt ist, an dem eine aus dem Gehäuse (12) herausgeführte Kolbenstange (27) angreift, wobei im Innenraum (18) beidseitig des Kolbens (19) je eine Zylinderkammer (33, 34) gebildet ist, von denen jede über zugeordnete Kanäle (36, 38) und Anschlüsse (35, 37) mit Druckluftausgängen eines Steuerventils (50), insbesondere eines 4/3-Servoventils, verbunden ist. Die Einrichtung (10) weist mindestens ein Mittel (60) zur Absperrung beider Zylinderkammern (33, 34) und zum Blockieren des Kolbens (19) auf, um bei Ausfall der Versorgungsspannung eine unbeabsichtigte Kolbenbewegung zu verhindern, ferner mindestens ein Mittel (70) zur Rückentlüftung beider Zylinderkammern (33, 34) bei Ausfall der Druckversorgung und mindestens ein Mittel (80) zur Ventilation beider Zylinderkammern (33, 34), um im drucklosen Zustand den Kolben (19) beweglich zu halten (Fig. 1).
