Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2006097495A2] The invention relates to a method and a device for production of controlled power by means of a combined gas and steam turbine plant (100), comprising at least one gas turbine (130) and at least one stream turbine (111), whereby the electrical power generated by the gas and steam turbine plant is supplied to a network operated at a network frequency, in which the steam turbine (111) is involved in a frequency regulation for maintenance of the set frequency. A control reserve for the steam turbine (111) is retained and on deviation of the network frequency from the set frequency a positive or negative regulation power is supplied to the network which is at least partly provided by charging or discharging the control reserve. By means of charging or discharging the control reserve a coordinated distribution of the regulation power to the gas turbine (130) and the stream turbine (111) occurs.
