Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1862636A1] The winding drum (31) can be moved between two positions. The first is on the upper side of the vehicle carrying it. The second position is at the rear of the vehicle. The drum is carried on bearings in a winch frame (33) which can be swung about a horizontal axis (39). This is preferably located at a corner of the vehicle. The mast (20) is pivoted on the vehicle to move between its vertical operating position and a horizontal transport position.
