Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2006103257A1] The invention relates to a burner (1) for a combustion chamber of a gas turbine, in particular in a power plant, comprising an oxidator guiding device (10) which is used to guide a gaseous oxidator into a mixing chamber (3) of a burner (1), a gas fuel guiding device (11) which is used to guide a gaseous fuel into a mixing chamber (3), and a liquid fuel guiding device (12) which is used to guide a liquid fuel into the mixing chamber (3). The liquid fuel guiding device (12) comprises a main guiding line (13) which guides liquid fuel to several injection holes (14) in order to improve the operation of the liquid fuel burner (1). Several of said injection holes (14) are serially arranged in relation the direction of the main outflow (9) of the burner (1), which comprises an oxidator/fuel mixture which flows out from the mixing chamber (3), on an outlet opening (5) of the mixing chamber (3). Several or all of said injection holes (14) are configured in such a manner that the direction of the main flow (15) of the respective injection hole (14) comprises a radial component which extends in a radial direction in relation to the direction of the main outflow (9).
