Abstract (en)
The wheelchair has an electric screw lifting jack (50) interposed between a rigid chassis (2) and a posterior stretcher (20) e.g. posterior crossbeam, or a lower siderail (35) that is not articulated on the chassis. The jack ensures an inclination adjustment of backrest`s posts (24, 25) by the displacement of the siderail (35) when upper siderails (14, 15) articulated on the chassis are supported against seat stops (52, 53). The jack permits an articulated structure to stand-up when an anterior stretcher e.g. anterior crossbeam, attains its maximum rotational position.

L'invention concerne un fauteuil verticalisateur pour handicapés et invalides, comprenant un châssis (2) supportant une structure articulée (12), supportant un dossier (D), une assise (A), un repose-pied (R) et étant mobile entre une position assise (P1) et une position verticalisée (P2), caractérisé en ce que la structure articulée comprend un système articulé de support de l'assise (A) et du dossier (D) qui comprend au moins un longeron supérieur (14,15), un longeron inférieur (35) et des entretoises antérieure (27) et postérieure (20) portant un montant de dossier et des moyens de manoeuvre (50) qui sont interposés entre le châssis (2) et le longeron inférieur (35) et qui sont adaptés pour, par un déplacement du longeron inférieur, d'une part, assurer un réglage de l'inclinaison du montant de dossier (24,25) lorsque le longeron supérieur (14,15) est en appui sur une butée d'assise (52,53) et, d'autre part, verticaliser la structure articulée (12) lorsque l'entretoise antérieure (27) a atteint sa position de recul maximal.
