[origin: EP1864826A1] The instrument has a selection mechanism (22) permitting to select given usage function among six possible usage functions of the instrument. The mechanism has a rotating unit in form of a cylinder (15) which occupies different angular positions with respect to a reference part (21). A part of the angular positions corresponds to selection of one of usage functions obtained by relative rotation between the cylinder and the part (21) around a rotational axis.
