Abstract (en)
The screw-on head (1) has an drive part (20) for generating a rotary motion for screwing down the caps (10) and has a mounting part (40) for accommodating and holding the cap. The drive part is connected with the mounting part in a removable manner, such that the mounting part is connected with the drive part as total unit without tool and is detachable. The cap has a conical part (41) for receiving the cap and a head compression spring (42) for generating an axial force on the conical part. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a drive part for a screw-on head, for a rotary motion for screwing down the caps and the drive part is provided with coupling element to detach a joining with the mounting part (2) a mounting part for a screw-on head for receiving and holding a cap, in which mounting part has a cone neck for receiving the cap.

Ein Aufschraubkopf (1) zum Aufsetzen von Schraubverschlüssen auf Behältern besteht aus einem Antriebsteil (20) und einem Aufsetzteil (40) zur Aufnahme und zum Halten eines Verschlusses. Das Aufsetzteil (40) weist ein Konusteil (41) zur Aufnahme des Verschlusses und eine Kopfdruckfeder (42) zum Erzeugen einer axialen Kraft auf das Konusteil (41) auf. Das Antriebsteil (20) und das Aufsetzteil (40) sind derart lösbar miteinander verbunden, dass das Aufsetzteil (40) als ganze Einheit ohne Werkzeug mit dem Antriebsteil (20) verbindbar und von diesem wieder lösbar ist.
