[origin: EP1865108A1] A stripping device (12) has adjustable height regarding the flat bottom surface of a flattening structure and fits in front of the flattening structure in a flattening direction (11). Measuring devices (17) pick up a reference signal, which adjusts height in the stripping device via a control unit (18) and a driving device. The flattening structure is formed by front (5) and rear (6) rollers.
