Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1865141A2] The system has a gas detector (1) detecting the presence of an explosive gas e.g. oxygen gas, if the gas is introduced. The detector actuates a spark generator (6), through a relay (5), where the generator produces a low intensity explosion. The system repeats operating cycle, if gas introduction situation is reproduced, by performing a successive chain of small explosions and by avoiding a gas accumulation in a safety enclosure e.g. strong box.
