[origin: WO2006102783A1] The invention relates to an adhesive application station (14) comprising a device for binding stacked printed material (10) using a free-flowing or liquefiable adhesive (52). Said adhesive application station (14) comprises, in the sliding surface (16) for the printed materials (10), at least one outlet (20) for the adhesive (52) and a dosing device (44) which is supplied with adhesive (52) and can be closed by an actuator in a manual, mechanical, electronic and/or sensor-controlled manner. At least two separately closing supply lines (64) for the adhesive (52) end in a common supply channel (70) for the dosing device (44), directly upstream of the dosing device (44), said lines each comprising an adhesive reservoir (62) and a pump (68). In this way, especially a plurality of adhesives (52) can be successively treated on the same installation without any retrofitting.
