[origin: EP1710635A1] The device has a push-button (20) elastically mounted in a middle (10) of a case and is connected kinematically to a ring (16) mounted movable in translation on the case along an axis (A-A), where the middle defines a housing (11) receiving a watch movement. The push-button has a portion accessible from outside a watch and another portion exerting a pressure on the ring or on a bar (25) in order to set the ring in translation and to pivot the bar, where the pressure is transmitted to the push-button by the bar or the ring.
