[origin: EP1867828A1] A perimeter coating system is designed to be arranged along all the periphery of a double glazing glass in order to protect their edges which present high fragility to impact during the transportation and installation process thereof. The perimeter coating system shall protect the double glazing glass edges due to be made of a plastic material with high elasticity and therefore properly resistant to impacts and also due to fit tightly the double glazing glass borders with its special U-shaped design.
