Abstract (en)
The module has a discharge lamp (15) e.g. xenon lamp, associated to a reflector (12) defining an optical axis. A cover plate is movable in rotation around an axis perpendicular to an optical axis of the reflector with shutters (22-24) arranged to intercept a part of light rays from the reflector. A transmission assembly has a motor (28) mounted on a chassis, and a gear (29) mounted on an engine shaft. A spring (32) has constraints, which increase with return of the spring`s end branches, and support tabs arranged such that the branches are not parallel in active rest position of the plate.

L'invention est relative à un module optique pour un projecteur notamment destiné à équiper un véhicule automobile. Le module comprend un réflecteur (12), une source lumineuse (15), un cache (20) mobile en rotation autour d'un axe sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe optique du réflecteur avec au moins un volet (22, 23, 24) disposé de façon à intercepter au moins en partie le faisceau de rayons, un système de commande en rotation du cache mobile pour piloter sa position angulaire Le système de commande en rotation du cache comprend un moteur (28) avec un système d'entraînement (29) apte à entraîner le cache dans au moins un sens de rotation vers une position extrême, et un dispositif élastique de rappel (32) pour rappeler le cache vers une position active de repos.
