[origin: WO2006108624A1] The invention relates to a roof antenna to be mounted on the roof of a vehicle, comprising a baseplate (1) on which a support plate (10) is fastened. An antenna radiator (9) covered by an antenna cover (14) is disposed at or on the support plate (10). The invention is characterized in that at least one mating contact element (11) which is electrically connected to the at least one antenna radiator (9) is integrated into the baseplate (1). The approximately elongate baseplate (1), on its one end (2), is provided with a detent hook (4), and on the end (3) opposite said end (2), is adapted to receive a fastening element.
