[origin: EP1870528A2] The building (1) has wood containers (4) arranged parallel to each other in rows (2,3). The rows are connected in areas of opposite sides by bridge-shaped floor units (6). The floor units are supported by vertically running columnar supporting units (7), which are arranged external to the containers. The supporting units are formed as a part of installation manholes (9) or are integrated into the manholes. The supporting units are formed as wood columns (10), which vertically run in manholes. The containers are provided with a climatic device (14), which is formed as a climatic plate (15).
