[origin: WO2006115929A2] A kitchenware washing assembly can include at least one wall defining at least a portion of a tank for holding fluid for washing kitchenware. The kitchenware washing assembly can also include at least one pump and at least one chamber in fluid communication with the tank. The kitchenware washing assembly can be formed such that at least part of the chamber is formed unitary with the wall of the tank. The kitchenware washing assembly may include a control system with a consolidated removable control module having electronic components for substantially controlling at least one operation of the washing assembly. The kitchenware washing assembly may include at least one intake cover for separating an intake chamber from the tank, and having inlets and at least one projection that extends into the tank. An outlet chamber and/or intake chamber can be configured to have positive drainage from the chamber into the tank. One or more detachable outlet covers may be configured to cover an outlet chamber, and have outlets for directing fluid into the tank. A heater may be releasably secured within the tank by at least one securing device having a releasing portion that allows the securing device to be released solely from within the tank.
