Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006111480A1] The inventive device draws attention of an aircraft crew to an approach or a normal (warning) or abnormal (alarm) running through a circulation air zone of an airport infrastructure representing collision risks For this purpose, the inventive method consists in selecting (110) by said device a type of flight phase from a limited choice according to information displayed by flight instruments, in pre-setting the predefined flight phases, in subsequently considering (111) one or several scenarios of runway incursions predefined according to the selected flight phase and in analysing (112) a likelihood by comparing the aircraft position delivered by an onboard localisation device (3) with the airport infrastructure map received from the airport database (10) and in determining (113) the likelihood of warnings and alarms transmissible to the cockpit which are displayed according to the analysed scenarios.
