Abstract (en)

The disc seal (10) includes aluminum foil (20) for induction heating and has perforations (30). The foil thickness exceeds 9 mu m, and it is reinforced by a further layer (40) of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). A sealing layer (25) completes a seal with the mouth of the container. The perforations, fewer than 10 in number, penetrate the foil and the sealing layer. The reinforced foil is sufficiently strong and thick, that when the spices are shaken-out, there is no damage to it (20).

Eine Dichtscheibe (10) für das Verschließen von Mündungen von Behältern besitzt Perforationen (30), mit einer Folie (20) für die induktive Einkopplung von Wärme in die Dichtscheibe, mit einer Siegelschicht (25) zum abdichtenden Aufsiegeln der Dichtscheibe (10) auf der Mündung des Behälters, wobei die Perforationen (30) durch die Folie (20) für die induktive Einkopplung von Wärme geführt sind, wobei die Folie (20) für die induktive Einkopplung von Wärme so dick und mechanisch stabil ist, dass sie das Füllgut in dem Behälter beschädigungsfrei bei Streuvorgängen außerhalb der Perforationen (30) zurückhalten kann.
