[origin: EP1873347A1] ROLL-UP SHUTTER, which includes a unit (A), consisting of the box (1) of the shaft (4) of the shutter, bearings (5) and slats (6), which incorporates a connection (7) that fits into a connection (15) of an upper unit (B), which includes a box (9) of the shaft of the upper reel (10), bearings (11, 12) and the upper reel (13) with the belt (14) and is independent of the unit (A); and a lower unit (C) that includes a box (25) of the lower reel (26), its shaft, the brake (27) of the belt (14) which, together with the upper unit (B), are a unified element. In an invention execution alternative, the units (B) and (C) are rigidly joined, forming a functional assembly in which the length of the belt is already adjusted. The shutter is operated by a crank, which makes the lower reel (26) of the unit (C) turn by means of a gear, transmitting the force to the upper reel of the unit (B) by means of a cable that unrolls from one reel to roll up in the other, raising and lowering the slats according to the direction of rotation of the crank.
