The hearing aid (1) has a section (100) arranged in or at human ear, and a multi-channel tube (200) protrudes from the section. The tube is inserted with its free end section (230) into an acoustic meatus (300) of the ear. An earpiece channel (212) of the tube at an earpiece and an acoustic meatus microphone channel (214) of the tube at an acoustic meatus microphone (114) are respectively connected within the hearing aid in an acoustic manner. The earpiece and microphone form an electromagnetic shielded acoustic module (110).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hörhilfsgerät, insbesondere ein Hörgerät wie z. B. ein IdO, mit einem in oder an einem Ohr vorsehbaren Abschnitt (100), aus dem ein Mehrkanalschlauch (200) heraussteht, der mit seinem freien Endabschnitt (230) in einen äußeren Gehörgang (300) des Ohrs einsetzbar ist, wobei ein Hörerkanal (212) des Mehrkanalschlauchs (200) an einen Hörer (112), und ein Gehörgangsmikrophonkanal (214) des Mehrkanalschlauchs (200) an ein Gehörgangsmikrophon (114) jeweils innerhalb des Hörhilfsgeräts (1) akustisch angeschlossen sind.
